We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your modem, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your modem.
- The item must be in like-new condition, free from physical damage or signs of wear.
- All original packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories must be returned.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Modems returned without all original components
- Items that have been altered or tampered with
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
How to Return
- Contact our support team at rollup wireless within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the modem securely, including all original contents, and ship it back to us.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective unit or our shipping error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Exchanges
=If your modem is defective or arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same model at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
